Users have highlighted the exceptionally smooth texture that enables them to achieve impressive paint effects, making it a preferred choice for both amateur and seasoned watercolorists. While the product does require some practice to master its use effectively, the results are described as superb once familiar with the board's capabilities. Overall, this product garners strong recommendations from users familiar with Ampersand's offerings, indicating a solid reputation in the art supply market. However, some experiences were mixed, predominantly due to issues related to product condition upon arrival, with instances of damage noted.
