Behringer Phaser DUAL-PHASE Editorial Review

The Behringer Dual Analog Phase Shifter (DUAL-PHASE) has garnered a positive reception from users who appreciate its sound quality, versatility, and excellent build executed at a competitive price point. Musicians often highlight the pedal's compatibility with various instruments, particularly analog synths, and its ability to produce rich, thoughtful phasing effects that are reminiscent of vintage sounds found in classic tracks. While many users are thrilled with its performance, they emphasize the need for a proper power supply, specifying that a 12v 1a adapter is necessary since it is not included in the package. This minor inconvenience has been noted, but it doesn’t overshadow the overall approval of the product. The phaser effects are described as closer to the sound signature of prominent electronic music pioneers like Kraftwerk rather than the more distorted tones some may seek reminiscent of classic phaser pedals like the Small Stone. The pedal’s stereo capabilities and dual input/output jacks enable creative routing options, and the inclusion of a control voltage (CV) port offers added versatility for deeper modulation options. Build quality is frequently mentioned as a highlight, with users noting its substantial Construction and visual appeal. Despite being Considerably lighter and less expensive than its vintage counterparts, clients are impressed by how faithfully the DUAL-PHASE recreates the classic phasing effects. Overall, the Behringer Dual Analog Phase Shifter stands out as an exceptional choice for musicians seeking a powerful, affordable phaser with robust capabilities, though attention to power supply compatibility is necessary. **
