This product contains big anchovies that are best used for making broth rather than stir fry. Its flavour is not strong and the price is too high for the amount you receive. However, it was noted that they are perfect for making candied anchovies and are a good snack to share with cats. There were concerns with some customers receiving the product covered in mold and/or with mini shrimp mixed in that could be a danger to those with allergies.
