What you will need is a thigh high. Those have the silicone and will stay up with out a garter belt. Although many people will still use one with thigh highs for other reasons.

Also just an FYI. The numbers after each name of our styles stands for the denier of the hosiery. The higher the number the thicker and less sheer the hosiery will be.
