Customers have used this mat for weight training, interval training, yoga and even as a surface to lay down mountain bikes or put under manual treadmills. It is thick, durable and doesn't peel, making it a great value for the money. However, it is not suitable for use near children's paddling pools and can be noisy when stomp on without trainers. Overall, this mat does what it's meant to and is a great quality gym mat at an affordable price.
