The DualSense Wireless Controller in Cosmic Red for the PS5 has received mixed feedback from customers. Some customers find it helpful to use during the repair period and others express satisfaction with the color and operation. However, some customers found the controller to be a bit bigger and heavier compared to the PS4 controller. Also, the built-in microphone's sound quality is poor, and a separate headset or microphone is necessary for voice chat. The warning of the battery reduced to two hours is removed without any specific time notification, which is inconvenient for long hours of gameplay. One customer developed tendon sheathitis in their hand due to prolonged use of the DualSense controller. Additionally, the controller is relatively expensive, but most customers seem to be generally satisfied with the product.
