No HD voice or full stereo sound. It is a 2 ear and you can hear in both ears BUT you do not get the rich sound like a 5220. The 5210 is a single ear unit - this is 2 ear. -

odpowiedź: There is a beep when muting and unmuting heard in the headset. The control for Mute has red around it and the cord is definitely long enough that you can set it in front of yourself if necessary to regularly mute and unmute while in use. -
