While it does work on a crossbow, some users experienced bugs and glitches leading to the scope becoming a paperweight. The magnification ranges from 3-12 or 5-20 depending on the model chosen. Unfortunately, there seems to be some confusion over the inclusion of a free remote with purchase as it appears it is an incentive and may not be included in the price. Additionally, the scope might be shipped to some states in the US but not others. As for the lens on the scope itself, some customers have criticised the advertised 50mm lens when the actual size is 30mm.
