odpowiedź: The color is somewhere inbetween depending on how the light hits it. I have both a walnut desk and cherry end table. This luggage rack seems to blend with both. The luggage rack color is furniture stain, not veneer. The depth of the color depends on the base material. If the color variance is a problem for you, you can try applying light Old English stain on it. The darker Old English may make the rack look more like mahogany. I'm very pleased with my purchase and currently have a drawer resting on it that I'm cleaning out.
