    odpowiedź: I use it on my knee for Tennis but my pain level isn’t that bad. You may just have to try it to see if it works. Either get a PT to apply it the first time so you can see it done or look it up on YouTube.

    odpowiedź: Since it's supposed to stay on until you take it off about 4 days later, it should work anytime. However, the red tape didn't stay on as well as the black tape, although the company said there was no difference. Maybe they are made from different material since the black I ordered first was more expensive. The red came off while walking. My son said the red was good, but also came off while he was working out.

I discovered that you must exfoliate every time before you apply the tape. Also, hairless areas last better than hairy areas. My taping tends to last 5-9 days depending on the amount of activity. If I only work and do light things (not working out 7 days a week) they will last 9 days. If I work and then do yard work or go to the gym regularly they last me 5 days.
