The large cartridge measures 5 1/4 x 1/2 x 7 inch and is designed to fit Aqueon filters only. According to customer feedback, these filter cartridges work well and are easy to use and change. However, there are some concerns about how long they last, with some customers needing to change them weekly. There are also complaints about the package quality and a slight increase in price compared to other brands.
