The readings on this meter are repeatable and seem to be accurate. The HONEYTEX A6243L has helped several hobbyists find out-of-spec capacitors and calibrate their function generator as advertised. However, there were some criticisms of the range; the inductor range on the low side and capacitor range were not always sufficient. Additionally, a commonly used 4.7uH measures as 0.000mH instead of 0.004 or 0.005. Furthermore, one customer complained that the probes were not included, and the meter provided way off-test results. The long-term durability of this product is also unknown.
