The game is easy to lose a few hours to at a time and has a loop of relaxing fishing, side questing and skill treeing, coupled with an unsettling soundscape and atmosphere of night fishing among the monsters of the deep that makes it highly engaging. The developers have put a ton of love into this game, which has a good amount of variety that keeps it interesting. The visuals are beautiful, and the natural progression of things in the game/story makes it hard to put down. Despite the lack of unique replay value, the game is well designed with lots of upgrades and add-ons for your boat to catch bigger sea life of all kinds. If you are looking for a fun little jaunt or burnt out on other genres, this game is highly recommended.
