    odpowiedź: With palms out in front of body facing up you can roll to make palms face down. This is a factor of elbow joint more than wrist. What this brace does wonderfully is stop wrist from flexing up and down as if on floor on hands and knees causing hand to be nearly right angle to ulnar bone or bending opposite way as if to scratch your knee. Make sense? Hope so. This brace is fabulous. Got the first one from Cleveland Clinic orthopedic surgeon. Ordered two more, one for each hand from here.
