With a capacity of approximately 3 quarts, this baking dish can hold a 15 egg frittata with a 1/2 quart of liquid added and filling. Its dimensions are 8 1/4" on the inside bottom, 9 1/4" on the top, and it's 2" deep. The dish is oven-safe up to 400 degrees and can be used in the microwave as well. However, it is unclear whether it is safe for stovetop use at high temperatures. The inside of the dish has ribbing, which some customers were concerned about affecting the release of baked goods. However, users found that this was not an issue and had good luck with the dish. One customer did have trouble removing the glue used for the label, but eventually succeeded after soaking and picking at it for three hours. Another customer had difficulty getting information from the company about whether the dish could be used in a microwave/convection oven combination that does not allow metal.
