The dimensions of the product are 32" long, 25" long tail included, and 21" tall. As for reception and customer service, buyers have praised the stuffed animal for its quality, size, realism, and softness. However, one customer complained about several exposed seams, particularly one on the face, but he had a positive experience with customer service, who sent him a replacement free of charge.
