It comes with both sleeves, and they are connected across the back. It can be worn under short sleeves for a layered look. The product is comfortable and functional and comes in two sizes, Q1 and Q2. The size chart can be found at the bottom of the product photos on the left of the screen. According to the customer reviews, the garment may be too warm for summer months and can dig into the underarm/armpit area. It might also make the wearer hunch forward, and some customers had trouble getting it off as it was tight under the arms. Some customers found the product too small and, therefore, uncomfortable to wear. However, several other customers found it helpful and supportive and said it made their arms look slimmer.
