It can fit two different width racks, and the base frame attached to the bag has two positions. The bag has a quick release tab, two foldout panniers, and a bright yellow rain cover that is easily tucked away. The bag is versatile, high quality, and has a good attachment system to an electric bike rack. However, there are some complaints about the weak and loose fitting, the worthless side pockets, and the expensive price.
