The tool is well made and is an excellent value for money, Considering it costs only $20 while a new rim would cost $400. It works quickly and easily at removing rim dings. This tool is ideal for on-trail emergency repairs, and it's a great tool to have in your garage for regular maintenance. However, a customer complained that using the tool caused a square dent on their rim due to the sharp edges.
