It works with any host that accepts EXP pedals by TRS connection, as long as the host can handle EXP pedals with TRS connection. It is not spring-loaded, remains in the position it is when your foot is removed and its polarity cannot be toggled with a switch or dip switches. From the reviews, the pedal has solid Construction, is quiet, and does exactly what it's supposed to do as a volume control pedal. Its narrow sweep offers little control and some reviewers found it too small for their feet. It's not smooth/linear in attenuating volume, and it's not the best choice if you need to find anything in between 0-100%.
