The original hopper that comes with the machine is poor quality, but it can be replaced with a better single-dose hopper for improvement. The grinder is capable of grinding a lot or a little, depending on the size, and it can grind coffee beans right into a container. The machine can be locked which may cause the plus and minus symbols to disappear, but pressing them together makes them reappear. There are complaints about the lid of the hopper being tight-fitting and it can be challenging to remove sometimes. Finally, there is a slight inconvenience of having to push and hold the button continuously to grind.
