The leather is stiff and the zippers can be difficult to open and close. It does not have studded feet on the bottom, but has two small extra leather pads to protect the bottom. The strap is around 30" from the top of the strap to the bottom of the purse. This purse is well made and fits a full-size wallet easily. It is a perfect size and great quality. A leather or shoe repair shop could potentially replace the zipper if it breaks.
