One customer found that they offered little protection and the pads were in an awkward position. However, another customer found them to be incredible, protecting their tailbone and preventing any injuries. A third customer noted that they didn't match the picture and were similar in support and comfort to a cheaper pair. Another customer found that they didn't fit true to size and rode up so they didn't protect the tailbone as expected. One customer found that they were not as protective as they should be, and others noted that they were too thin and only covered small sections of the backside.
