The cornet came brand new with oiled valves and greased valve slides, and includes a small bottle of valve oil and cleaning cloth. The soft case is small and easily stored, with enough room for 2 mouthpieces and several cleaning and lubrication supplies. The sound is softer than a normal trumpet, which some customers like. Some customers have had issues with spit getting stuck in the main tube, causing gurgling while playing. Overall, the Levante LV-CR5201 is a nice looking, solid instrument that is well worth the price.
