Kiwitata customer support is highly responsive and will replace defective products. The cord length provides enough distance for comfortable play, but it may feel a bit short for some users. The buttons do feel cheap, but they work fine. The greatest downside of these controllers is that they do not have the ability to map D-pad combinations for most games, making them almost useless in certain situations.
