Definitely not suitable for nails. We set ours on the floor as a welcome statue at the top of the stairs from the vestibule. We really like it. Hope this helps you make your determination. -

The statue is made of cast resin plastic and can be drilled to mount with screws, but not nails. The light can be removed during rain, however, it is great quality and has lasted through 2 winters. The statue is 18 inches and features pink dotted mushrooms at the bottom. Customer reception: - The statue is bigger than expected and great for porch decor - A little pricey but adorable and perfect for front garden decor - One customer experienced a faulty light on one of the bears - Solar feature is a bonus and looks perfect in the front yard - Light stopped working after a month for one customer - LED can be replaced for a low cost - Adorable statue, but wished the light was brighter. - Used for decoration on front porch and cabin
