The color is a true Jersey light grey T-shirt-type material, and it is evident that the sheets launder well. If the sheets start shedding balls of fabrics or anything of the sort, it is recommended you use a fabric shaver to remove them. Note that this product ships faster than the one to three month estimate. While these inexpensive sheets may cause some frustration, for the price, they seem more than worth it.
