The keyboard goes into standby when not in use to save battery, but it is suggested to turn it off when not in use for longer periods. However, it does not have a number keypad or standard function keys. Several customers have bought the product multiple times as gifts, praising it for its quality and ease of use. The price has also reduced from around $60 to $20, making it a real bargain. Some customers have purchased cheaper external keyboards but found issues with keys stopping working.
